Is this available for all Houston family law matters?
Fixed‑step pricing is available for most divorce, custody, modifications, and protective orders in Harris County and surrounding courts. Complex or emergent cases may require a custom quote, but we’ll still price by step whenever possible.
What if my case skips a step?
You pay only for the steps you actually need. If we settle at mediation, you’d skip trial‑related work and those fees.
Are court costs included?
Government fees (e.g., filing, service, mediation vendor fees) are separate and billed at cost with receipts. We’ll estimate these up front.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. Most steps can be split into two or three payments across the milestone timeline.
