Education & Background

Attorney Chloe Alyn grew up in Lake Wenatchee, Plain, where she began her education in a one-room schoolhouse. She went on to earn a Bachelor of Arts in Law and Justice from Central Washington University in Ellensburg, and later pursued her passion for law at Seattle University School of Law, graduating with her Juris Doctor in 2003.

During law school, Chloe gained valuable experience as a Legal Clerk for Travelers’ Insurance, defending property and personal injury claims. After graduation, she briefly served with the Pierce County Public Defender’s Office, handling misdemeanor cases, before joining the King County Public Defender’s Office. Over the course of 11 years there, she managed more than 4,000 felony and misdemeanor cases, building a strong foundation in criminal defense.

Chloe eventually established her own criminal defense practice, where she also expanded into family law matters. She has extensive experience in Domestic Violence Court and Drug Court, and has successfully represented clients in a wide range of criminal cases. In private practice, she has also assisted with family law issues and protection orders, including Domestic Violence, Anti-Harassment, and Vulnerable Adult cases.

With her broad legal background and 22 years of experience, Chloe approaches each case strategically – drawing on her knowledge, negotiation skills, and trial advocacy to deliver comprehensive representation tailored to her clients’ needs.

She is licensed to practice law in both Florida and Washington.
